We operate on a route-based schedule, which means your service day may occasionally vary from week to week. This allows us to create the most efficient routes and accommodate factors such as weather, holidays, and other scheduling needs. To keep you informed, we'll send you a text message the day before your scheduled service so you know when to expect us.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. We understand that circumstances change, which is why our residential services are offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your service at any time by notifying us prior to your next billing date.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we have access to the designated service area, you do not need to be home during your scheduled service. We'll follow any access instructions provided and send photos confirming completed service and securely latched gates after each visit.

For the safety of both our team and your pets, we do not enter yards with loose animals present. If your pet is outside upon arrival, your visit may be skipped and regular service fees may still apply.

Excessively tall grass can make it difficult to locate and remove pet waste thoroughly. We ask that lawns be maintained at a reasonable height. Service may be postponed or skipped if conditions prevent us from completing the cleanup effectively.

Yes. Our optional deodorizing treatment is safe for children and pets when used as directed. We recommend allowing the treated area to dry completely (about 30 minutes) before re-entering the space.
